Refund policy
At DampDrift, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your decompression toys. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cmkon624@gmail.com.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at cmkon624@gmail.com.
Return Shipping Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at cmkon624@gmail.com before shipping any items back so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.
